Welcome to Vehicle Khareedo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Vehicle Khareedo mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. About Vehicle Khareedo

• Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) services for new and used cars
• Car accessories and modification shop information
• Community platform for car users
• Car consultancy services (“Talk to Car Expert”)
• Car ex-showroom price information

Vehicle Khareedo does not sell vehicles, accessories, or modification services directly.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
• All activities under your account are your responsibility.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Services

• Inspection reports are based on checks at the time of inspection.
• No guarantee of future vehicle performance or manufacturer defects.
• Does not replace manufacturer warranties or authorized inspections.

5. Car Accessories & Modification Listings

The App only displays third-party shop details.

• Not responsible for product/service quality
• Not responsible for pricing, warranties, or disputes
• All transactions are between user and shop

6. Community Platform

• Content is user-generated.
• No guarantee of accuracy of shared opinions or quotations.
• No false, misleading, offensive, spam, or illegal content allowed.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access without notice.

7. Talk to Car Expert (Consultancy)

Consultancy advice is based on expert knowledge and user-provided information. Suggestions are for guidance purposes only and do not constitute legal or mechanical guarantees. Final decisions remain the user's responsibility.

8. Car Information

Ex-showroom prices shown are indicative and may vary by city, dealer, and time. We are not responsible for price changes or dealer offers.

9. Payments (If Applicable)

• Fees apply only to requested services.
• Refunds governed by Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Not liable for third-party payment gateway failures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, and designs are the intellectual property of Vehicle Khareedo. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
• No liability for third-party services or user decisions.
• No liability for technical issues or downtime.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Termination

• Suspend or terminate access
• Remove user content
• Take legal action for violations

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
